Christian Mendizabal-Delgado concentrates his practice in the area of insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation, utilizing his experience in legal writing & research to help develop cases. He seeks to help clients with consistent case management to ensure effective representation. 

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Christian had the opportunity to develop as a litigator working as a clerk for multiple law firms. He began his legal career by clerking for a Plaintiff’s law firm, providing him with valuable insights into the litigation strategies and processes employed by Plaintiff’s attorneys. Thereafter, he had the ability to sharpen his skills as a writer by clerking for a firm, which specialized in construction and commercial litigation. 

Christian received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and received his B.A. from Texas Tech University. While attending law school, he had the opportunity to join the nationally recognized South Texas College of Law Houston Landlord Tenant Clinic, where he helped tenants with eviction proceedings as the Texas Eviction Moratorium ended. He was recognized from his academic achievements as he made the dean’s list every semester throughout law school. 

Christian lives in East Austin and enjoys hiking, spending time with his family and cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
