Craig was born and raised in Los Angeles, which he still calls his home. He and his wife have been married for 35 years and have two children. They also have a 120 lb. Labrador Retriever named Teddy that they recently adopted from a local rescue, who like most Labs, has now overtaken control over their entire house.

Practice Highlights
Representative Matters
- Represented a transportation corporation from case inception through four-week jury trial in an aggressively contested action involving traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injury and tinnitus claims, resulting in a verdict after just two days of deliberation that was only 1/25th of the plaintiff’s excessive $50,000,000 demand from the jury at the conclusion of trial.
- Represented an individual accused of intoxicated driving in an extensive six-year traumatic brain injury/orthopedic injury case, resulting in an accepted settlement offer by the plaintiff one week left before the start of an estimated six-week jury trial, which offer was communicated to the plaintiff four years earlier.
- Represented hundreds of motor vehicle and industrial/agricultural equipment dealerships throughout California in employment, discrimination, breach of warranty and statutory violation pre-litigation claims and lawsuits.
- Represented dozens of lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice and malicious prosecution/abuse of process cases that routinely resulted in defense wins on dispositive motions that were overwhelmingly affirmed on appeal.
