In addition to his work in construction litigation, Dan has handled cases involving bodily injury, environmental exposure, toxic substances, business disputes and product defects. He has trial, arbitration and mediation experience, and frequently makes presentations on construction-related legal issues. Prior to dedicating his practice to construction litigation, Dan proudly represented personal injury victims, with a focus on survivors and surviving family members of victims of general and commercial aviation accidents.
