David Weinberger has extensive arbitration, mediation and trial experience and is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of California.  He focuses his practice on general liability defense including premises liability, security cases, trucking/auto, catastrophic injury, products liability, construction and professional liability.  David has substantial experience in law and motion and has drafted numerous dispositive motions that have led to dismissals on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, David served as a partner at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm where he practiced primarily insurance defense litigation for 20 years. 

David earned his J.D. from American School of Law. He holds a B.A. degree in English literature from University of California, Irvine. During law school, he was a member of the moot court team and principal writer for the California Traynor Moot Court Competition. He was honored with an American Jurisprudence award in Trusts.

David was born in Basel, Switzerland and now lives in Orange County with his wife, Adriana, who works in the Media and Entertainment Industry.  They enjoy traveling abroad and attending concerts and baseball games.  He plays guitar with friends in two acoustic rock cover bands and spends time outdoors running, biking or swimming.
