Grace Dunn concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation insurance litigation and real estate and business litigation matters. She has experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment discrimination, contract disputes, property insurance, trademark infringement, probate litigation and construction-related claims. Grace has worked on cases in both state and federal courts and has experience drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda, as well as preparing cases for evidentiary hearings and trial.

In addition, Grace has experience managing high-volume discovery and preparing deposition and trial materials, including analyzing and organizing exhibits, handling contested discovery disputes and utilizing deposition testimony in motion practice. She has prepared and presented evidence at evidentiary hearings, including conducting direct and cross-examination and has experience assisting with injunction proceedings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Grace practiced with a mid-sized Ohio litigation firm where she handled a variety of civil litigation matters across multiple practice areas. She also gained experience through prior clerkship and summer associate roles at Ohio and Tennessee law firms, ranging from domestic and criminal law to personal injury and civil litigation, where she conducted legal research, prepared litigation summaries and assisted with client interviews, case management and settlement preparation.

Grace earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where she was a member of the Capital University Law Review and a Dean’s List recipient. She holds a B.S. in health sciences from Western Kentucky University and worked in in-patient pharmacy at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky before attending law school.

Grace lives in San Antonio, Texas with her partner, Sam, and their two cats, Blaise and Izzy. Grace is a certified lagree instructor and teaches fitness classes in her spare time. Grace and Sam love to travel and hike, scout out the best local coffee shops in San Antonio, and cheer on the Ohio State Buckeyes!
