Kaitlin (“Katie”) Mosher represents insurers, businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, with experience handling cases from inception through resolution and advising clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment and dispute resolution. Leveraging the firm’s national platform, she regularly collaborates with attorneys across offices to provide seamless service to clients with matters spanning multiple jurisdictions.

For more than six years, Katie has represented a variety of insurers in residential and commercial property insurance disputes, as well as general liability and premises liability matters. She also has substantial experience in real estate litigation, probate and trust disputes, estate administration, and complex commercial litigation.

In addition to her litigation practice, Katie has extensive transactional experience involving estate planning, corporate governance, and business formation. She regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, operating agreements, deeds, investor agreements, and estate planning documents, and advises businesses on regulatory compliance and operational matters. Her background includes serving as fractional general counsel to growing businesses and providing strategic guidance on day-to-day legal issues.

Katie earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her B.S. in English Education from the University of South Florida.

Katie is a Tampa Native and enjoys spending time with her dogs and staying active through group fitness classes. Katie is also an avid Tampa Bay Lightning and Michigan Wolverine fan.
