Kimberley Winder concentrates her practice on toxic tort litigation, representing clients in complex civil matters. She assists clients in all stages of litigation, including drafting motions, conducting legal research and analysis, taking depositions, and preparing case materials for trial. Drawing on her experience working with corporate legal departments and developing litigation strategy in workers’ compensation matters, Kimberley is committed to providing comprehensive legal support to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberley served as an associate with a Chicago litigation firm, where she represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases. In addition to her litigation experience, Kimberley has worked as a legal intern with a global insurance company, where she collaborated with business stakeholders and outside counsel on employment and corporate legal matters. Kimberley also completed an in-house internship with the legal department of a global technology company, where she assisted attorneys on matters involving intellectual property, licensing, artificial intelligence and commercial agreements. She served as a student law clerk in Chicago-Kent’s Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, conducting trademark clearance searches, preparing trademark applications, and assisting with entertainment industry matters.

Kimberley earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s Honor List and served on the Executive Board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She received her B.A. in women and gender studies from The University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Team.

Kimberley lives in Chicago. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling, exploring the city, and becoming a bandwagon fan of every Chicago sports team.
