Lawrance Choi concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability and toxic tort defense litigation, where he utilizes his analytical, research and advocacy skills to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. His background representing financial institutions equips him with a nuanced understanding of complex financial structures and industry-specific regulations, which proves invaluable in navigating the intricate landscape of toxic tort cases and enables him to provide comprehensive representation to his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Lawrance served as an associate at a global law firm. He also served as a student attorney for the Complex Civil Litigation and Investor Protection Center at the Bluhm Legal Clinic, a summer legal intern for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and as a judicial extern in the federal district courts.

Lawrance earned his J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, cum laude and served as the online executive editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. He holds a B.A. in economics from Brown University.

Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, swimming and reading.
