Marsha Kempson focuses her practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability and premises liability matters. She has significant experience managing multi-party cases and guiding individual, business and corporate clients through the litigation process, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. She takes a strategic approach to all aspects of litigation and is able to consistently bridge divides resulting in favorable results for her clients. 

Prior to joining the firm, Marsha was a partner at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm, where she litigated a wide range of high-exposure matters. She is known for her meticulous case preparation and pragmatic, resolution-focused approach to litigation. She enjoys mentoring attorneys through guidance, support, and supervision to facilitate the development of case handling skills and knowledge.  

Marsha earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review. She holds a B.A. in psychology from California State University, Northridge.

Marsha is a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. She enjoys watching her daughter grace the stage as a professional dancer. She is an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan and, in the off-season, enjoys watching and appearing on game shows.
