Matthew (“Matt”) Garson devotes his practice entirely to civil litigation defense, focusing on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product liability and commercial disputes. He represents insured and self-insured clients in high-exposure cases and litigates in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Matt is diligent in case preparation and is dedicated to achieving cost-effective resolutions, drawing on his courtroom experience to advocate effectively for his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt was a shareholder at a regional litigation firm where he defended a broad range of tort and commercial cases. He served as trial counsel for insurers and their policyholders in venues throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also completed the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy at Stanford Law School.

Matt earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He received his B.S. in marketing from Rutgers University.

Matt resides with his wife and two daughters in Nether Providence.  He serves as the Ward 2 Commissioner and Vice President of the Nether Providence Township Board of Commissioners.
