Michael P. Lee

Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability and toxic tort. He has extensive experience working with clients throughout every stage of litigation, including pleadings, motions, conducting legal research and depositions.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as an associate for a healthcare law firm honing his oral argument, trial preparation and legal research skills. He also served as a legal and compliance intern for the Ohio State Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic and as a judicial clerk for the Honorable David L. Bissett at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.

Michael earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law where he served as chief note and comment editor of the Ohio State Business Law Journal and was a member of the ABA National Moot Court Traveling Team where he won best brief at the Brooklyn Regional Competition.

Michael holds a B.A. and B.S., cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago.

Michael lives in Chicago with his wife and dog. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing and supporting the Baltimore Orioles.
