Nevin Miller concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation, employment litigation, construction defect, premises liability and product liability matters. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, he represents clients in a wide range of matters involving labor and employment disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, landlord-tenant issues, habitability claims, property damage and commercial litigation. Nevin has significant experience handling complex employment matters, including PAGA and class actions, and has represented clients in mediations, hearings, trials and appeals at all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Nevin practiced with a national litigation firm, where he handled a broad range of civil defense matters with an emphasis on habitability, employment, personal injury and commercial litigation. Throughout his career, he has represented clients through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Nevin earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and holds a B.S. from California State University, Sacramento.

Nevin lives in Monterey, CA with his wife, daughter and two dogs. Nevin enjoys taking walks along the coast with his two dogs, watching his daughter perform at the local theatres, and reading.
