Peter Zavodnyik brings over two decades of experience in casualty defense. His practice includes defense of first-party insurance claims, employment discrimination suits and tort actions.

A seasoned attorney, Peter also has extensive experience navigating complex construction suits and homeowner’s association disputes. His extensive background includes successfully defending trucking and automobile accident claims, product liability suits and premises liability claims.

Peter has secured orders of summary judgment in state and federal courts across construction, negligence, and bankruptcy cases.  He recently obtained an order of summary judgment on behalf of a subcontractor in a multimillion-dollar construction defect lawsuit.  With a track record of resolving hundreds of tort cases in Texas, Illinois, and Indiana, he is adept at achieving favorable outcomes in challenging environments.

Additionally, Peter’s proficiency in plaintiff-friendly venues showcases his skills and acumen, honed over years of legal practice.
