Priscilla Kim concentrates her practice on complex and high-stakes matters for clients in the construction industry. She has successfully defended contractors and design professionals in state and federal courts as well as in mediation and arbitration, achieving highly favorable outcomes. Priscilla is committed to providing high-quality legal services and developing effective, practical solutions for complex legal issues.

Additionally, Priscilla has significant experience handling high-exposure general liability matters, including multi-vehicle catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases with eight-figure valuations. She has secured favorable outcomes through successful dispositive motion practice, including motions for summary judgment and motions for judgment on the pleadings. She also obtained a new trial order reversing a $1.1 million jury verdict that included punitive damages.

Prior to joining the firm, Priscilla practiced with regional and national litigation firms where she managed high-stakes matters for architects, engineers and general contractors.

Priscilla earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis Law School and holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, summa cum laude.
