Randall Dean focuses his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating high-stakes disputes and regularly defends clients in cases involving liability claims against accountants and lawyers. Randall serves as co-chair of the firm’s Professional Liability practice group.

Before joining the firm, Randall served as a Shareholder at Chapman Glucksman, a full-service litigation firm in California and held multiple leadership and advisory roles, including President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He served on the ADR Committee of the Los Angeles Superior Court, the Judicial Appointments Evaluation Committee of the LA County Bar and the DRI Task Force on Judicial Independence. He is also a frequent speaker on litigation prevention and risk management for accountants and has presented for the California CPA Education Society and the Education Foundation for the California State Board of Accountancy.

Randall earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Randall is a proud grandparent and an avid golfer.
