Ron Van focuses his practice on complex civil and business litigation, with an emphasis on defending developers and general contractors in construction-related matters throughout California. Ron is experienced in navigating claims involving construction defects, subrogation, bodily injury and products liability, and regularly counsels clients on pre-litigation and transactional issues to mitigate risk.

Before joining Segal McCambridge, Ron was a partner at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm. He has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration, resolving disputes efficiently while maximizing risk transfer and minimizing cost.
