Sandra Brose focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, regulatory compliance and business disputes. She represents clients across all stages of litigation, including pre-suit evaluation, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Her experience includes reviewing coverage issues, preparing detailed coverage opinions, drafting settlement agreements and releases, and negotiating favorable outcomes in high-value matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Sandra served as an associate at a Florida-based business litigation firm, where she represented clients involved in business disputes, representing and advising clients prior to and through litigation involving coverage matters and contractual disputes. She previously spent four years as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fourth Judicial Circuit, where she tried cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony charges, including offenses involving domestic violence, sexual abuse and crimes against children, ultimately serving in the Special Victims Unit. Sandra also gained litigation experience as a certified legal intern with the State Attorney’s Office for the Seventh Circuit and as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Monte C. Richardson in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Earlier in her career, she worked for over a decade as a law clerk and paralegal in private practice, managing case files, preparing pleadings and assisting in discovery and trial preparation.

Sandra earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated first in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Coastal Law Review. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of North Florida.

Sandra lives in Jacksonville with her two daughters and dog, Harvey. In her free time, she can be found camping, traveling, DIY-ing or helping her oldest daughter with her law school homework.
