Schuyler concentrates his practice in first-party bad faith insurance litigation, defending breach of contract and associated claims in state and federal courts across Texas. Handling cases from start to finish, he takes pride in his deposition experience, briefing abilities, and track record of achieving optimal results for clients. He also serves as the Austin representative for Segal McCambridge’s firmwide Associates Committee.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Schuyler clerked for a boutique policyholder firm, a medical malpractice defense firm and a third-party insurance defense firm.

Schuyler earned his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law where he served as articles editor of the SMU Law Review Association. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley with a minor in creative writing.

In his free time, he enjoys getting active outdoors and finding good live music.
