Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Chicago Shareholder Chad Layton has been selected to be a member of the Board for the CLM’s Greater Chicago Chapter.
Chad is a Shareholder in the firm's Chicago office and serves as Chair of the firm's Technology and Cyber Risk Practice Group. He is a trial attorney and litigation shareholder with extensive experience handling transportation litigation, products liability, commercial litigation, employment and other litigation matters. He has represented various companies, including manufacturers of medical devices, vehicles, helmets and electrical products. He has considerable experience handling trials and arbitrations.
The CLM is the largest professional association in the insurance industry with more than 35,000 professionals in the claims resolution and litigation management industries. Founded in 2007, the CLM membership benefits from a wide variety of networking events and continuing education programs. Chad has been a member of the CLM for several years.
