Segal McCambridge Chicago Shareholder Jonathan Lively will serve as co-chair for the American Bar Association's 26th Annual Spring CLE Meeting for the Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Committee.The event will be held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa on April 6-8, 2017, and will include industry leaders and experts on hot topics in environmental toxic tort law. Faculty includes in-house counsel from companies like RiverStone Claims Management, Shell Oil Company, Woodard & Curran, and Grocery Manufacturers Association.
Jonathan will deliver opening remarks and oversee the conference, which includes sessions on TSCA Reform, repetitive head injury syndrome, personal jurisdiction decisions, and ethical considerations in settling mass torts.
Jonathan defends product manufacturers and premises owners who face litigation in areas including toxic tort/asbestos, environmental, products liability, professional liability, transportation, and other civil matters. His diverse practice enables him to manage different types of legal matters for a single client, streamlining the process for the businesses he represents. Acting as national trial counsel for several clients, he appears in court rooms across the country.
