Segal McCambridge welcomes seasoned trial attorney David Hernandez as the new Houston Office Managing Shareholder.

David defends companies against personal injury and wrongful death claims involving construction defects, transportation and products liability. He also represents public and private entities in complex commercial disputes, upstream oil and gas matters, commercial real estate disputes and probate matters. As a former in-house counsel, he has uncommon breadth of experience managing and resolving complex commercial and corporate matters.
