Two Segal McCambridge Chicago Shareholders will speak at DRI's Asbestos Medicine Seminar on November 10-11, 2016, in New Orleans. Shareholder Tim Krippner will speak on "Asbestiform or Not Asbstiform?" at 1 p.m. on November 10. Shareholder Jason Eckerly speaks on "Attacking the Reptile" at a breakout session at 5 p.m. on November 10.
The Asbestos Medicine Seminar combines the knowledge and experience of experts in the medical and scientific fields with practitioners in the legal field to bring an interactive, dynamic and informative discussion to seminar attendees. Presenters will speak on updates in asbestos medicine and science and strategies for using this new information in litigation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network during mixers and cocktail hours.
Tim Krippner represents dozens of manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort matters throughout the United States. He routinely serves as trial, local, regional and national coordinating counsel.
Jason Eckerly is a shareholder focusing his practice on litigating toxic tort, product liability, general liability, and complex commercial matters throughout the country. He serves as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for large corporations in toxic tort litigation, developing and coordinating global defense strategies.
