Veronica Bowen is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office focusing her practice in toxic tort and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, she worked with major insurance companies, as an associate at a litigation firm in New York, as a solo practitioner representing start-ups and artists in transactional matters, an associate for an entertainment law group and as a legal extern for a major fashion company.

Alton Bradley is an associate attorney in the Chicago office focusing his practice in municipal defense, toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in legal research and writing, criminal litigation, prosecution, contract disputes and analytical and logical reasoning. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Alton worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office

Immanuel Chioco is an associate attorney in the New York office focusing his practice in general litigation. He has experience researching complex matters, conducting oral arguments, participating in settlement conferences, and reviewing appellate briefs. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Immanuel worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Kathryn E. Freed of the New York Supreme Court.

Kelly Glish is an associate attorney in the Detroit office focusing her practice in general litigation and insurance defense litigation. She has experience in the Michigan No-Fault Act, auto negligence and premises liability, as well as with negotiating liens, litigating policy claims, analyzing records and developing case strategies. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Kelly worked as an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm and as a recovery attorney at a subrogation entity.

Elizabeth Grande is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. Focusing her practice in toxic tort litigation, she has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, motions, conducting legal research, taking depositions and preparing for trial. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Elizabeth worked as a clerk for at a national insurance defense firm and for the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.

Leah Hurvitz is an associate attorney in the Detroit office focusing her practice in general and civil litigation including transportation and employment matters. She has extensive experience in analyzation of contracts, emails and other key documents to identify privileged, confidential or non-relevant information for discovery and fact-development purposes. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Leah worked as an e-discovery review attorney in Michigan.

Jacob Jones is an associate attorney in the Austin office focusing his practice on civil defense litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and bad faith litigation. He has successfully defended clients in jury and bench trials and has obtained several favorable settlements and early case resolutions in mediation. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Jacob was an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Tort Litigation Division.

Lina Kaskorkis is an associate attorney in the Michigan office with a focus on civil litigation, including insurance defense, representing corporations, landlord/tenant disputes, drafting contracts and counseling clients. Regularly recognized for her zealous defense of clients and strong negotiation skills, large insurance carriers count on her to defend their cases and conduct their global settlements.

Jessica MacCarty is an associate attorney in the Austin office focusing her practice in insurance coverage and bad faith. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including composing and arguing dispositive motions, researching and drafting appellate briefs and mandamuses and taking and defending depositions. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Jessica worked as an associate attorney at a litigation firm focusing on workers’ compensation defense.

Michael McKeown is an associate attorney in the New York office focusing his practice in toxic tort and litigation. He has extensive experience in drafting briefs, taking and defending depositions, legal research and discovery. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Michael worked as an associate attorney, dedicating his time to depositions and trial preparation.

Taofikat Ninalowo is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office focusing her practice in toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She has extensive experience in conducting research as well as drafting memorandums and briefs. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Tafikat worked as a law clerk at the Northern District of Florida U.S. Bankruptcy Court and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Julie S. Sneed in the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
