An article published in the Mann Report announced the hiring of Shareholders Scott R. Emery and Diane Pompei Emery. They will focus on litigation matters at the firm’s New York office. Both Emery and Pompei Emery are admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.

Scott R. Emery’s experience includes mass torts, class action, white-collar crime, and complex commercial matters.
