Chicago Shareholder Paul Motz was featured on the 100th episode of The Litigation Psychology Podcast titled "#100 - Practical Advice for Civil Litigation Defense."
The episode unpacked a variety of timely challenges including connecting with jurors during trials where masks are required, why the insurance adjuster playbook doesn't work and what steps need to be taken to diffuse a nuclear verdict before going to trial.
The group also tackled associate training on how to handle difficult but necessary conversations with clients and insurance companies about the proactive investments needed to avoid the ever-increasing nuclear verdicts and settlements.
