Mentorship

At Segal McCambridge, we prioritize professional mentorship for our associates’ growth and client service. Administered by the Associate Development Committee, our mentorship program emphasizes skill enhancement, client focus, firm culture understanding, and policy awareness. Meetings occur at least four times annually, virtually, over the phone, or in person. With a focus on inclusion, half of our shareholder mentors represent diversity. Additionally, our women’s initiative, Forward Together, provides extra support for female associates. Especially during the pandemic, mentorship fosters cohesion and personal connections, vital as physical presence diminishes in importance.
