Meetings occur at least four times annually, virtually, over the phone, or in person. With a focus on inclusion, half of our shareholder mentors represent diversity. Additionally, our women’s initiative, Forward Together, provides extra support for female associates. Especially during the pandemic, mentorship fosters cohesion and personal connections, vital as physical presence diminishes in importance.
