Brian Kahn focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, business matters and the representation of general contractors and developers in disputes across California. He has extensive experience handling construction, business, and toxic tort litigation, and has represented clients in trials, arbitrations and mediations throughout the state.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a Partner at Chapman Glucksman, a full-service California litigation firm. Earlier in his career, he held roles at other firms where he advised on high-stakes litigation and provided strategic counsel to business clients.

He is a frequent speaker at construction, business and insurance seminars and has co-authored multiple editions of the Torts volume in Thomson Reuters’ California Civil Practice Series. Brian has also contributed to consumer and technology publications and made appearances on local and national television news programs.

Brian earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California. While in school, he worked in various capacities for the U.S. Senate, the California Governor’s Office and the White House.

Brian enjoys spending time with his family and performing community work through Kiwanis International and serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Leonis Adobe Association, a non-profit educational group.
