David Napper concentrates his practice on general civil litigation, employment law, wrongful death, product liability, professional liability, construction defect litigation and business litigation. He represents clients across a range of industries and matters, including high-exposure and multi-party disputes. David brings a results-oriented approach to litigation and is skilled in both negotiation and dispute resolution strategies.

Before joining Segal McCambridge, David practiced for fifteen (15) years at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm. David is a frequent speaker and panelist at prominent industry events including the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, the ASCDC Annual Seminar, and various webinars.

David earned his J.D. and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2010 and holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University, where he captained the varsity cross-country team and was named Academic All-Ivy in 2006.

David lives in Orange County with his wife and their Corgi named Watson. He is a pickleball enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
