Jon Turigliatto focuses his practice on representing developers and general contractors in complex multi-party construction litigation, commercial and business matters, construction accident litigation, environmental and toxic tort disputes and product liability claims. His transactional practice centered on working with construction industry clients including owners and contractors in the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements and other documents. 

Additionally, Jon represents clients in the resolution of construction claims and disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation.  He brings over three decades of experience navigating the litigation landscape, with a strong background in arbitration, mediation, and trial. Jon also maintains a transactional practice counseling clients in the construction industry—advising on contract negotiation, project documentation and dispute resolution strategies throughout the course of construction.

Before joining Segal McCambridge, Jon was a shareholder at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm. His experience includes clerkship with the Hon. A. Andrew Hauk of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a contributor to the National Construction Risk Management Handbook and a frequent speaker on issues involving construction and real estate law, including appearances at conferences hosted by West Coast Casualty, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Quality Built and Lorman.

Jon earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine.

Jon resides in Long Beach with his wife Kari and their three dogs Ranger, Trooper and Wrigley.  He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, college football and racing sailboats.
