Justin Waytowich is an accomplished litigator concentrating his practice on complex commercial litigation and first-party insurance defense. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception through trial in both state and federal courts. He has obtained favorable results for clients before numerous appellate courts, arbitration panels and administrative bodies.

Justin works with clients to provide creative and practical solutions to complex legal issues, providing them with detailed and attentive service to address any concerns throughout the litigation process. 

Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as an associate for a regional litigation firm where he focused his practice on the defense of insurance agents and brokers. He has also served as an associate for a boutique litigation firm, a workers’ compensation firm and a regional litigation firm. He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk. 

Justin earned his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was Form and Accuracy Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in English literature from Colgate University.

Justin lives in Westchester, New York with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, spending time on the beach or by the pool and following his favorite local sports teams.
