Lorena V. Bejan

Lorena Victoria Bejan concentrates her practice in the area of insurance defense, including no-fault PIP claims. She is adept at representing her clients through all stages of the litigation process in both District and Circuit Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Lorena served as an associate for an insurance defense firm honing her litigation and motion practice skills. She also served as an associate for a Great Lakes litigation firm and as assistant prosecuting attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. Additionally, Lorena completed Visual Trial School training while working at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office. 

Lorena earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she received several book awards for the top grade in the class. During law school, she served as the contracts teaching assistant and served as a student advocate for the Detroit Mercy Law Criminal Trial Clinic.

She holds a B.A. in economics as well as a global experience certificate from the University of Waterloo. Lorena is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Ontario, Canada.

During her free time, Lorena enjoys travelling and exploring the outdoors.

Lorena is fluent in Romanian.
