Manuel Palaguachi is a results-oriented litigator who focuses his practice on construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, transportation and general liability matters. He represents Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in federal and state courts throughout New York and New Jersey. He has secured numerous summary judgment victories for clients and has first-chair trial experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Manuel practiced at a national law firm, primarily representing construction managers, general contractors and owners against New York State Labor Law claims. His practice also included complex commercial litigation, transportation and professional liability matters.

Manuel earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he received a merit scholarship and the Milton Stewart Fellowship. He received his B.A., political science, cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Manuel is a native New Yorker who now resides in central New Jersey with his family. He enjoys rooting for the Knicks, New York Yankees and Indiana Hoosiers.
