Nathan Horne is a trial lawyer who manages an active litigation docket, successfully defending federal class action, pesticide, asbestos, benzene, silica, environmental spill, Section 1983 and product and premises liability matters. He serves as national coordinating counsel for three Fortune 1000 companies on toxic tort matters, developing and coordinating the defense across the country.
Nathan serves as Texas counsel for several clients and has extensive trial experience in Jefferson, Nueces, Bexar, Smith, Dallas, Harris, Galveston and Milam counties.
He also serves on Segal McCambridge’s Executive Committee.
He has deep ties to Texas, as his family has been in the state for 150 years. He currently resides in Austin with his wife and two children
