Sara Khan centers her practice on defending clients facing legal actions in insurance defense matters, including premises liability, professional liability and general liability. She adeptly manages communication with a diverse range of clients and skillfully handles litigation matters from their beginning stages through to trial.

Sara’s comprehensive approach and skill in navigating complex legal matters is reflected in her commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients across multiple practice areas. In addition to her practice areas of focus, Sara has extensive experience managing both personal injury and medical malpractice claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Sara served as an associate for a medium-sized litigation firm representing long-term care facilities in medical malpractice claims. She also previously served as an associate for a small New Jersey-based firm that dealt with automobile accidents and general insurance liability claims.

Sara earned her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she earned a Certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers while studying abroad at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.

Sara also holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health and holds a B.S. with honors in social sciences from the Lahore University of Management Sciences in Lahore, Pakistan.

Sara lives in Philadelphia with her husband. She is always on the hunt for her next travel destination, a new run (short or long) and hopes to one day compete in The Great American Baking Show.
