Segal McCambridge welcomes shareholder Michael R. Luchsinger to the Chicago office.

Michael is an accomplished litigator with deep trial experience defending clients in catastrophic personal injury matters as well as focusing his practice on the defense of businesses in labor and employment claims alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Illinois Human Rights Act. He has extensive experience overseeing matters involving the Fair Labor Act, Illinois Wage Payment and Collections Act and the Biometric Information Privacy Act. He regularly appears before the Equal Employment Rights Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, Illinois Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board and Illinois state and federal courts.
