Peter Strelitz is a shareholder and an experienced trial lawyer who regularly handles a wide variety of complex litigation in Texas and throughout the country. He has served as both national counsel and lead Texas counsel for medical device companies, large corporations, product manufacturers, premises owners, healthcare agencies, facilities, physicians, and transportation companies. He also advises companies and handles matters related to cyber risk, technology claims and media risk. Peter works with small and large businesses, start up companies and advertising agencies regarding a variety of issues including employment practices, contracts and litigation avoidance practices.
