New York Shareholder Carla Varriale-Barker (she/her/hers) will share insights on defending sexual abuse claims at the Perrin Conferences Virtual Sexual Abuse Litigation and Coverage Conference on May 18, 2022.

The panel, titled “Trends in Sexual Abuse and the Status of Litigation,” will discuss statutes of limitations, the voluntary dismissal of peripheral defendants, joinder of perpetrator and the current and breaking litigation against online platforms, among other topics.
