Jason Eckerly and Joseph Kish Recognized in 2026 Legal 500 U.S. City Elite Rankings

Segal McCambridge is pleased to announce that Jason P. Eckerly, the firm’s Managing Shareholder, and Shareholder Joseph L. Kish have been recognized in the 2026 Legal 500 U.S. City Elite Chicago rankings. Eckerly was recognized in the Chicago Product Liability category, and Kish was recognized in the Chicago Digital, Data & Telecoms category. Their inclusion reflects the strength of Segal McCambridge’s litigation practice and the firm’s continued work on behalf of clients facing complex, high-stakes business, technology, cyber risk, toxic tort, and product liability matters.

Eckerly is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and co-chairs the firm’s Toxic Tort/Hazardous Substances practice group. His practice focuses on general liability, toxic tort, product liability, and complex commercial matters nationwide. He regularly serves as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for large corporations in toxic tort litigation, helping clients assess risk, develop long-term defense strategies, train local counsel, and implement case protocols.

Kish chairs the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Technology & Cyber Risk practice groups. His practice spans business litigation, complex commercial litigation, technology and intellectual property matters, employment disputes, data breach and privacy claims, class actions, fraud, defamation, professional negligence, breach of contract, professional liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters. Beyond client work, Kish serves on the faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, where he teaches trial advocacy, expert witness, and deposition skills.
