Northwestern University Professor Destiny Peery Presents Firmwide on Cognitive Bias

Destiny Peery, Associate Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, presented in an interactive session on the pervasive effects of cognitive biases. A JD with a PhD in social psychology, Professor Peery explored classic biases, including stereotyping, and the effect these biases have on perceptions of people and situations in decision making and other behavior. This presentation was geared towards attorneys and the effect of these biases on the workings of a law firm and in dealing with clients.
