Cameron Brown concentrates his practice on litigation and commercial transactions, providing clients with comprehensive legal counsel across a wide range of matters. His experience includes complex litigation as well as corporate and residential real estate matters. Cameron also serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients, advising on corporate governance, drafting resolutions, policies, service agreements, and IRS filings, including entity elections and 501(c)(3) applications. Additionally, he works closely with clients on community development projects, preparing declarations, bylaws, and public offering statements to ensure compliance and successful project execution.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Cameron gained extensive experience as an associate for a premier Vermont law firm in commercial and real estate transactions, including negotiating and closing residential and commercial deals, conducting title searches, and preparing key documents such as deeds, mortgages, and lease agreements. Earlier in his career, Cameron handled a range of litigation matters, including labor law, wage and hour disputes, and products liability class actions, where he managed pre-trial litigation, conducted depositions, and led mediations. His diverse background, which also includes managing medical malpractice defense cases, equips him with a broad perspective and the ability to deliver practical and effective legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

Cameron earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University.

Cameron lives in Burlington, Vermont with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Rigby. He enjoys sailing on Lake Champlain in the summer and skiing the green mountains in the winter.
