Chelsea Zwart has a wide-ranging practice, including general liability, construction and environmental law, employment litigation, professional malpractice, premises and product liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, consumer law, business litigation and transactions, toxic tort and hotel/hospitality/ADA litigation. She has handled class actions, arbitrations, appellate matters and both jury and bench trials. She supervises the Los Angeles office’s Law Clerk Program.

Chelsea is a regular contributor to industry publications and frequently presents on litigation and risk management topics at leading legal and insurance conferences, particularly in the construction industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Chelsea served as a partner at Chapman Glucksman, a California-based full-service litigation firm. She began her legal career as a law clerk at the same firm, eventually growing in her position within the firm to ultimately assuming the role as supervisor of the firm’s Law Clerk Program.

Chelsea earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School with a Concentration in Civil Litigation. While in law school, she served as a mediator for the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Center for Civic Mediation. She also served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International Law Review. In addition, she was the Lead Coordinator for the Young Lawyers Program, providing after-school mentoring and trial advocacy education to high school students from low-income communities.

Chelsea holds a B.A. in sociology from UCLA and a certificate in construction management from UCLA Extension.

Chelsea grew up in Sonoma County, California, and has lived in Los Angeles since 2006.
