Eileene McKee concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, sports and recreation, personal injury, including product liability, toxic torts and premises liability, and insurance defense. She has experience handling all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Eileene represents clients in both state and federal court throughout New York State.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Eileene practiced at a New York litigation firm, where she defended hospitals and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice and general liability cases, managing more than 80 active matters. She also worked as a litigation associate handling maritime, transportation and commercial disputes, including multi-district litigation arising from one of the largest container casualty cases in history. Earlier in her career, she served as a foreclosure law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court and gained experience in both the criminal and civil divisions through externships with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in New Jersey and the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Eileene earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal and as a student attorney with the Domestic Violence Clinic and Women’s Prison Project, where she helped secure the release of a client wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for 38 years. She holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in public health from The George Washington University.

Eileene lives in Manhattan with her dog Blue.
