Nelson T. Rainey

Nelson Rainey is a seasoned litigator and appellate attorney with significant experience in various areas of litigation, including general liability, real estate litigation, construction, healthcare liability, civil rights and commercial litigation.

Nelson adeptly represents numerous companies and individual professionals across various litigation matters. His oversight spans from pre-litigation stages to appellate proceedings, granting him unparalleled insight and knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional, efficient, and effective service. Nelson’s representation extends to both state and federal courts nationwide.

Complementing his legal career, Nelson is a graduate of U.S. Army Sniper School and has served in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Mississippi.

Outside of his legal pursuits, Nelson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, indulging in reading and playing golf.
