Clients look to Tim Connor to implement big picture litigation strategies while effectively and efficiently handling day-to-day tasks on their matters. He focuses his practice primarily on litigating mass tort, environmental, premises and product liability claims in federal and state courts. He has experience counseling small businesses and providing solutions to manage risks related to indemnity, intellectual property protection, data protection and data privacy.
Additionally, Tim has served on national coordinating counsel teams for corporations involved toxic tort litigation in jurisdictions around the country and in that role, has experience developing experts, preparing and presenting corporate witnesses, managing discovery, negotiating settlements and preparing for trial.
