Michael Barzyk and Ian Singer Win Appeal for a Homeowner’s Insurance Company

Segal McCambridge Fort Lauderdale Shareholder Michael Barzyk and Associate Ian Singer were successful in obtaining summary judgment at the trial court level for a homeowner’s insurance company in a first-party property case.

In the case, SFR Services, LLC, (a/a/o Alex De Paiva and Viviane De Paiva) v. Florida Peninsula Insurance Company (Case No. 50 2019-CA-014527), the plaintiff appealed and the 4^th District Court of Appeals in Palm Beach County, Florida entered a per curiam opinion affirming the summary judgment.
