Andrew Wells concentrates his practice on product liability, premises liability, business litigation and sports, recreation and entertainment. He has experience managing all phases of federal and state court litigation, including drafting procedural discovery and dispositive briefs, pleadings and memoranda and arguing both dispositive motions and appeals. 

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Andrew worked in the New York office of an international law firm representing lenders, servicers, residential mortgage-backed security trusts and government-sponsored enterprises in cases challenging the enforceability of securitized debt obligations and collateral documents. He also has experience in commercial litigation, class action defense and appellate practice.

With dozens of cases under his belt, Andrew has deep knowledge of the procedures and practices of New York state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York and has litigated cases in each. 

In addition to his legal career, Andrew spent more than 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he served in Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina and on two tours in Iraq as a civil affairs specialist. He received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his service in Iraq, and he was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal, three Army Commendation Medals, a Combat Action Badge and a Parachutist Badge.

Andrew lives in suburban New Jersey with his wife, two children, two dogs and a cat.
