His hands-on approach extends from pre-suit to trial and appeal, demonstrating proficiency in motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations and trial proceedings.

Lee J. Hurwitz navigates intricate legal terrains with a focus on toxic tort, product liability, transportation, life sciences, and sports, recreation, and entertainment. Bringing extensive experience in insurance defense—particularly in personal injury and subrogation claims—Lee has successfully prepared numerous transportation cases for jury trial. His proven track record includes serving as lead counsel in nine verdicts, highlighting his ability to deliver favorable outcomes in the courtroom.

Benjamin J. Nellans focuses his practice on the nuanced realms of toxic tort, complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. Christina M. Wesley T. Welmaker is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, focusing his practice in premises liability, intellectual property, first-party, workplace accidents and transportation insurance defense. Formerly in-house counsel for United Automobile Insurance Services, Wesley managed strategy for 100+ auto injury and subrogation cases, leading in 10 and bringing dozens to trial. Robert R. Rigolosi helps his clients navigate mass tort, product liability, construction accidents, property damage and commercial matters. Jordan B.
