Stephanie consistently demonstrates her ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients facing challenging trials, reflecting her commitment to achieving optimal results in diverse legal scenarios.
Daniel C. DiLizia ardently represents his clients in a diverse array of litigation including premises liability, complex constitutional litigation, tort litigation and insurance bad faith cases. His hands-on approach extends from pre-suit to trial and appeal, demonstrating proficiency in motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations and trial proceedings.
Lee J. Hurwitz navigates intricate legal terrains with a focus on toxic tort, product liability, transportation, life sciences, and sports, recreation, and entertainment. Bringing extensive experience in insurance defense—particularly in personal injury and subrogation claims—Lee has successfully prepared numerous transportation cases for jury trial. Benjamin J. Nellans focuses his practice on the nuanced realms of toxic tort, complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. Christina M. Wesley T. Welmaker is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, focusing his practice in premises liability, intellectual property, first-party, workplace accidents and transportation insurance defense. Formerly in-house counsel for United Automobile Insurance Services, Wesley managed strategy for 100+ auto injury and subrogation cases, leading in 10 and bringing dozens to trial. His diverse private practice included roles in prestigious national and Houston-based defense and plaintiff's firms.
Robert R. Rigolosi helps his clients navigate mass tort, product liability, construction accidents, property damage and commercial matters. He possesses a deep understanding of New York court procedures and is admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, where he has successfully litigated numerous cases. Beyond his legal career, Andrew has dedicated over 20 years to the U.S. Army Reserve, earning commendations, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, for deployments to Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina and two tours in Iraq.
Jordan B.
